The government of Ecuador has set the maximum Delta 9 THC level for industrial hemp at a full 1%, following the lead of Uruguay, Switzerland, and Australia.
New Hampshire House Overrides Governor’s Veto and Approves Home Cultivation Bill
The New Hampshire House of Representatives voted (259-120) to override Gov. Chris Sununu’s veto of HB 364, a bill that would allow patients and caregivers who are enrolled with the state’s therapeutic cannabis program to grow their own cannabis. Under current law, home cultivation is classified as a felony.
Thailand has removed CBD from its Narcotics List
Bangkok, Thailand – Thailand has removed CBD from its narcotics list. The country has removed cannabis and hemp extracts from its narcotics list.
CBD-based products with a THC content of less than 0.2%, were removed from Thailand’s Category 5 narcotics schedule, regulators stated. Hemp seed and oil are now also exempt from Category 5, under the changes.
