I use it once in the morning after a shower and then once again in the evening after another shower. The scent is very subtle. The smell for me reminds me of all the CBD products I’ve had the privilege of using over the past year while sharing my feedback to you. I really didn’t notice a difference until around day 3. Throughout that day I notice that I haven’t been sweating as much under my arms. And my underarm order wasn’t as strong.
