The first time I tried Populum Cold Therapy Hemp Rub I was like “wow”. I was a somewhat speechless. It was the first time I’ve used any CBD cooling gel that also was slightly greasy. On a grease scale of 1-10, I give it a 1.5. This is due to Aloe Vera being an active ingredient. Aloe Vera quickly absorbs into your skin and is known for its moisturizing and soothing properties.

By being a little bit greasy, Populum’s cold therapy hemp rub is able to moisturize your skin while healing your pain. This is helpful because most cold therapy rubs can dry out the skin after repeated usage.

After the hemp rub dries the greasy residue is gone. Thumbs up Populum.

My feelings on Populum Cold Therapy Hemp Rub

After about 5 minutes of applying the hemp rub, I can feel a cool tingling sensation around and inside my skin. The pain is subsided and I am able to go back to typing on my keyboard without flinching or stopping every few minutes due to pain. I eventually moved on from thinking about the coming sensation. Based on the days that I used the Hemp rub the pain relief is an average of around 3-4 hours.

I also applied Populum cold therapy hemp rub on the top of my wrist where I still have nerve damage from when I was first diagnosed with osteoarthritis.  Doing this has helped me to deal with the constant tingling from the nerve damage.

Populum uses full spectrum CBD which includes Cannabigerol and Cannabichromene. Every order includes a copy of their latest lab results.

After using Populum’s Cold Therapy Hemp Rub off and on for the past month I highly recommend it for those of you who prefer cold therapy than an oil-based CBD pain cream.

Some of the ingredients used in the CBD rub are Aloe Vera, Arnica, Emu Oil and Chamomile.

The cost for each 3 oz tube is $45 and has a total of 100 mg of CBD.

I highly recommend washing your hands after using the Hemp rub. The menthol ingredients can burn the eyes.
