I have come to the realization that, the mass of people suffering from various ailments, including mental illness, social anxiety, depression, Hashimoto’s, fibromyalgia, arthritis, lupus and more, are isolated individuals. Our community is truly divided.

I suffer from anxiety and depression. I know how it feels to grow up alone and misunderstood. I developed my own security blanket. My security blanket was being home and sticking to myself. I never wanted to become the center of attention.

I was vulnerable. I stayed hidden from others.

That was years ago. CBD has guided me to become a stronger person. It helped me find the courage to go out into the world and help those who are just like me but are unaware of where to begin or are too afraid to ask.

Picture thoughts as seeds and our minds are gardens. What if you told your friend who is suffering from an ailment that CBD could help them? Just by planting the seed into their awareness gives them an option in looking further into the concept. Even if you don’t know in-depth information on CBD, that’s where we come in. We can help point you and your friend in the right direction.

CBD brings gratitude into people’s lives. It did for me; I am thankful now, every single day. CBD has changed positively changed my perspective on life. It has removed the uncertainty that I dealt with for so long. The clouds in my mind have reduced which allows me to enjoy life more vibrantly. While CBD is no cure, it gives me hours to do the things that I want to do. No more distractions by mental or physical pain.

Is Cannabis here to help support our families?

Is it? If Cannabis can help us heal and help us to get through our days without the distraction of pain, would you use it? You don’t have to get “stoned” to be medicated. Cannabidiol, or CBD, can help your body without the psychoactive effects that THC is known for.

Those of us who use CBD knows that the few hours that we are able to not be in pain can be put to good use. CBD can help you stay positive even through things you may dread. By making positivity a habit, everything one does start to become blissful. Finally being able to return to work (and enjoy it) and make money to support our families is truly a blessing. So yes, cannabis can help us feed our families.

Can CBD help us reunite as a community?

Isn’t it time to feel at home? What would having small groups of people getting together to bond and help each other heal do for you?

We all have feelings of belonging to something. We are not made to be alone. Look at the animals around us. Many other animals on our planet love to be in groups. Like ants working together to build a community. Or a group of fish swimming together to protect each other.

We are meant for greater things. If CBD could help dissipate your illness, what would you do? Would you use your extra time to connect with others?

CBD can help by reducing social anxiety.

Those of us who have any type of illness at some point have social anxiety. If you have acne, for example, you might be afraid to go out and meet people because of the way your face looks. The worst part is, even with makeup, you really can’t hide it. If you have a rash from a disease you might not want to go out in the summer when it’s hot out.

CBD can help with many of those. You no longer let depression set on from social anxiety keep you isolated from your peers. Not only can it help by alleviating your acne symptoms, but it can also help by taking your focus away from the fact you do have acne, so you may focus on enjoying whatever you are doing.

We can help each other reduce our pain and suffering through our testimonials from Cannabis. Because being isolated brings a sense of pain. No one to talk to. How long can the body last this way?

We should utilize our best efforts to help those in need. Being home is when you have a community that can help everyone support each other through both the good and the bad.

I was afraid. Ashamed and embarrassed to be who I am. I was afraid to come into the open.
