Join your BBL tribe members in our newest exploration of relaxed breathing guided meditation techniques – BUDS with BUDDHA. Chill on a pillow or chair and medicate the way you like as Yogi Michelle guides you safely through a sequence of gentle meditation perfect for a curious first-timer. The occasional meditator and even those with seasoned practice can learn to appreciate the fresh approaches presented in this class. To comply with local regulations for cannabis-friendly events, this is a BYOC class (Bring Your Own Cannabis). How much cannabis should I consume for this session? ***First-timers to meditation, in general, should consume less cannabis than they usually do so their experience meditating is a pleasant one, without feeling overwhelmed or sleepy. Be mindful, and honor your own relationship with cannabis. What if I have never meditated? ***This class is ideal for first-timers. Several methods of meditation will be introduced so that people with different learning styles will all have an opportunity to connect with their own meditation.
